Arts District Cape Town is a vibrant and dynamic cultural hub that celebrates the rich cultural history and thriving contemporary art scene of South Africa’s Mother City. It is not only a platform for local talent, but also a gateway to global cultural exchange.
Rooted in complex history, shaped by cultural fusion and community, driven by raw and authentic expression, it celebrates the diversity, creativity, and spirit of South Africa, bringing music and art to life.
The artistic energy of Cape Town is ever evolving, and always transforming.
The word mark conveys the concept of transformation by suggesting movement, even in its static form, capturing a sense of shift and change. This is reinforced with an animation, that brings this movement to live.
